Confessor Uğur Güngör, making his defence in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Case, accused Murat Çalık. Çalık stated that Güngör had 17,000 square metres of excess construction and said, "You have to approve this, otherwise I will go to the prosecutor's office."
